Our bags are 100% hand-crafted, keep in mind they might feature inconsistencies or slight flaws.
To keep your ScillaeCariddi piece in good condition,
we recommend storing it in the dust bag provided with your order.
To preserve its original quality, avoid exposing your bag to excessive humidity or sunlight.
Avoid contact to corrosive substances such as oils or alcohol.
If, after the use, your bag shows wrinkles, you can gently steam it with a hand-steamer
(or gently with a light iron). Do not iron the bag as normal.
Please, do not wash, dry-clean or iron your bag.
Our bags are made to last, we recommend to handle the piece with care
(wear and tear, or improper transport/storage for example could damage it over time).

You can return or exchange your item during 15 days from the delivery date.
We only accept items that are unworn, unaltered and undamaged, inside its original packaging, with hang tags attached.
Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
